Ordering Information

Ordering and Payments:


To order please email HighFashionHats@gmail.com with the Order number of the hat(s) you wish to purchase along with the Full Name and Address of the purchaser, so I can find out the least expensive and efficient method for shipping (see shipping information below). Please include an email address to process your order. We accept money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks for payment. Once we have received an email with the hat(s) that are being purchased, items will be held for 7 days only to allow for the payment to be received. After that time if no payment is received, the order will be cancelled and all items will again be available for others to purchase. All items purchased by personal check, money order, etc will not be shipped until check clears, generally 10 business days after check is received. (This time can vary and can be much sooner to ship). Payments can be sent to:

Shipping:


The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping. The price of shipping will vary depending on the size of the box/hat(s) purchased and the ending location in which the items are being sent to. When ordering, please include the address in which to send the package, to and I will respond with the total purchase price including shipping. Shipping cost is not adjusted in any way, strictly the cost presented to me by the UPS or USPS. Insurance is optional per the request of the purchaser and should be specified in the email ordering and will be added to the total cost. If any purchaser has a preference for UPS or USPS I will honor that and send any package accordingly. Otherwise the default delivery service is USPS.


High Fashion Hats only ships throughout the USA.


Return Policy:


Due to the nature of our items, we have adopted a "no-return" policy. Returns will ONLY be accepted if a gross misrepresentation has occurred. Please email us at HighFashionHats@gmail.com to request a return. All return requests MUST be made within 24 hours of receiving the item(s).




Placing Items On Hold:



We will hold items for 7 days ONLY to allow for your payment to arrive. Please email HighFashionHats@gmail.com with your request. Be sure to include the item number. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item hold will be cancelled unless prior arrangements have been made.



Disclaimers:


These hats are vintage, hats found and/or purchased by High Fashion Hats. Because they are Vintage they are previously worn/used and some will have slight or moderate wear. I will always try to specify any indication of the above in the item's descriptions to the best of my abilities. If there are any problems, please contact me and/or see our return policy located above.
