This hat is marked in maderate condition
because of the feathers. Some feathers are loose,
they can be put back into the hat, and if it were my hat
I would try putting a little dab of super glue on the ends on the
loose feathers and place them into the hat.
(Just a suggestion, please use your best discression)
Although some of the feathers are loose if you treat this hatwith TLC then you might not have any problems at all!
This hat is so beautiful and the way the feathers are shaped in a sweeping look
they go with any hair style and would look amazing dressed up or down!
